Become a Member
The South Coast Community Garden Association (SCCGA) membership is open to the public. Members are eligible to apply for a community garden plot for each garden season. Dues and garden fees are nominal and waivers for garden fees can be requested for those who need them. Member gardeners, the community, and visitors enjoy the gardens throughout the year.
The South Coast Community Garden Association meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 5:30 and are open to the public via Zoom. If you are interested in attending a meeting, or joining our Board of Directors, you can email the address below.
The Board of Directors, officers, committees and volunteers contribute time and expertise to:
• Establish policies and procedures
• Set annual programs and goals
• Create budgets and raise funds
• Direct and manage resources
• Submit reports
• Keep records
• Oversee satellite gardens throughout the county
